We accept Returns for Store Credit or Exchange on full priced items only. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds as all of our products are hand crafted and made to order.
If your garment is faulty on behalf of a manufacturing flaw, we are happy to accept your return and either repair or make you a replacement garment. Should this be the case, we will prioritise your repair and endeavour to dispatch within 1-3 business days. To be eligible for this service you must return the garment within 7 days of it being purchased. Once we have safely received the item we will access it to ensure it hasn't been worn / washed or damaged.
If you have chosen the wrong size, we will need to make you another garment to the appropriate sizing, the standard 7-10 business days lead time will be applied in this situation.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorization and instructions for garment return. All items are the customers responsibility until they are safely received at the Self Perform Studio. We advise items are returned via trackable delivery within 7 days to be eligible for a return.
We will not accept returns on goods that have been worn, washed or damaged.
If your Return is for the reason of change of heart you will be issued with a store credit that is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. Please note any exchanges on items will require additional 7-10 business days production plus dispatch time.
